Predict & Pour is a forecasting and execution platform designed for teams that operate in fast-moving
distribution environments. The system brings together model-driven forecasting (Predict) with streamlined
execution tools (Pour) to help planners and operators reduce friction between planning and action.
Our approach is built around real-world workflows—clean inputs, transparent outputs, and automation where it
matters. The goal is simple: reduce the time spent on repetitive tasks, increase confidence in the numbers,
and make it easier to execute forecasts accurately inside the tools your team already uses.
I’m Aaron Lopez, the creator of Predict & Pour. I built this system to solve a problem I
experienced firsthand: forecasting often requires great analysis, but execution still depends on tedious,
error-prone manual steps. Predict & Pour is designed to close that gap.
I bring over a decade of experience in procurement management, having started my career in the purchasing field at just 19 years old. With a strong foundation in manufacturing, I transitioned into the beverage industry in 2022 as Procurement Manager for Silver Eagle Beverages in San Antonio, supporting a territory that delivers more than 16 million cases annually.
Driven by a Six Sigma and efficiency-first mindset, I’ve consistently challenged legacy processes and questioned how things should work. After stepping into beverage procurement, it became clear that many of the industry’s biggest bottlenecks, including ordering, inventory flow, and sales forecasting, were still being managed with outdated tools and reactive decision-making.
That realization sparked a new passion for building solutions. I began pairing my operational background with coding and data analytics to create modern, scalable tools designed to bring clarity, speed, and accuracy to procurement and forecasting. What started as an effort to solve my own day-to-day challenges has grown into a broader mission to help the beverage industry and procurement teams operate smarter, faster, and with greater confidence.
Today, my focus is on building practical technology grounded in real-world operations, shaped by firsthand experience and designed to fit real business constraints while pushing the industry forward.
